- All damaged items must be left in their original packaging for inspection from the shipping company
- Custom, personalized and special orders received in good condition cannot be returned or credited.
- Drop ships returned due to change of address as well as undeliverable merchandise returns will be subject to
reshipping fees. - Return of stock items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee
- All returns must be received in re-sellable condition to receive credit - please pack carefully.
