RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products that you receive from Melia Luxury Pet.

Discrepancies, damaged items, or any other problems with your order must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order
to receive full credit.

  • All damaged items must be left in their original packaging for inspection from the shipping company
  • Custom, personalized and special orders received in good condition cannot be returned or credited.
  • Drop ships returned due to change of address as well as undeliverable merchandise returns will be subject to
    reshipping fees.
  • Return of stock items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee
  • All returns must be received in re-sellable condition to receive credit - please pack carefully.
